This project tries to simulate hurricanes. This project thinks of hurricanes as erratic ice skaters. They push in COMPLETELY random directions. They die quickly when they reach land. If they reach southern regions, they die slowly. There is a SLIDER at the bottom to change the frequency of hurricanes.
