Today I will give you a tutorial on ghosting ( making a ghost design/OC ) Ghosts can have either legs or tails, just never both, unless while living they had a tail. All the colors are washed out and pale. except the eyes. I feel that in my style, that ghosts should feel more round and cute, i guess. To really nail that surreal effect, I would take my eraser, turn down the hardness a lot (does not work in scratch bitmap) and trace the edges of the ghost. I feel that part of the face should be covered, an eye, mouth, both eyes, mouth and nose. Whatever.
