Press the green flag, choose a girl (the only available figures on scratch for this), and then click the clothing you want to put on. The only way to take off something is to press a left key button, but it removes all of the clothing, returning you to the original figure. To restart everything, press the green flag again. I heard about this game dress to impress so I just created a game you dress, but there is no one to impress. :)
