Whilst Scratch Cat was getting and Tera was being interrogated, Pico went on a rampage. He wasn't good ol' Pico anymore. He was nothing like Pico at all, except appearance of course. Gobo tried to call the police, but Pico cut the power to the city. Scratch Cat ended up in the woods which never seemed to end, because it never did.
