so he's a character based off of the old timey style of inertia and the ending of 2085. he wears three watches and is stuck in some skinny jeans that were popular two years ago. Supposedly he can travel throughout dimensions but he's too lazy to. in his briefcase, he carries tea, a pair of untied shoes, a saxophone, a memory about some guy named joe, and an unfinished song about untied shoes. He's a silly little guy that has a 1920s vibe and *talks like this for some reason* He is extremely powerful and threatens people all the time but is too lazy to do anything with it.
