2024 Update & About Me

Hello, everyone! I'm Phoenix! It's been a while since I've done anything on Scratch, so I wanted to try something different. Rather than make a super complicated coding project, I decided to do an About Me/update project! This project is inspired by @Heronfall's banner project! ●◦ School ◦● Let's start with the most depressing topic of all: school. I have had a very diverse education, from being homeschooled, to going to a private school, to experiencing public school during Covid, to three years of online school, then back to public school. I'm currently a junior in highschool (Thank God, only one more year!). My favorite subject is probably math. Currently taking Algebra II, and it's been a blast! Year: 11/12 ♡!! Favorite subject: math ●◦ Hobbies ◦● I'm not the most active person in existence. I've never played sports (except for that one time, but we don't talk about Bruno . . . haha), so I don't have any hobbies related to that. I'm more interested in the intellectual form of hobbies, like reading or writing. Caligraphy does interest me, but I have no experience in it. And despite my protests and denials and shame, watching YouTube videos is one of my hobbies. :sob: My favorite thing to do on YouTube is watch artists, writers, and gamers! Also cats <33 Hobbies ~ ♥︎ writing ♥︎ reading ♥︎ YouTube Other ~ ♥︎ calligraphy ●◦ Career ◦● I plan to be a published author. I am currently plotting several novels, and one or two trilogies. I am also writing multiple fanfictions (of which none will be named . . . haha). Fantasy is my area of "expertise." It's my favorite genre. I also have a fascination with business and marketing. I have dabbled with the idea of pursuing a degree in business, but seeing as at the moment I'm traumatized by any mention of school, college is OUT OF THE QUESTION . . . for now. One thing is for sure, I will be a multi-business owner. ♥︎ authorship ♥︎ business-owner ♥︎ multi-millionaire (hardly a career, and obviously not overly optimistic lol) ♥︎ maybe college (speak not that word) How busy am I? ~ 8/10 ●◦ Interests ◦● Besides everything I've already mentioned, here are a few other things I like! First and foremost, I love cats. My favorite breeds are Siamese (I own one. Love her sm <33) and Ragdolls. My favorite color is green because it's the best color ever. I also love coffee! I adore a good cup of sweet, sugary coffee, but for my daily cup, I don't add any sweetener! (Super proud of myself for that, honestly. It took me months to adjust to sugarless coffee ;-;) I enjoy art. I do a little art myself, particularly digitally, but I'm much more consistent in my studies of it rather than the application. Favorite animal: cat Favorite cat breeds: Siamese, Ragdoll Favorite color: green Favorite drink: coffee (w/ or w/o sugar!!) ♥︎ I like art too ♥︎ . . . and lots of humor ♡ ●◦ Religion ◦● I made the title big and bold, so be warned! Religion will be discussed here. <3 I am a Christian, and I have been for most of my life. I grew up in a Christian family, but I only truly became a Christian when I gave my life to Jesus around age 6 or 7. It did not really change my life until around a year ago when I was baptized. I felt Jesus that day. He gave me a strong peace that lasted for months. My life got so much better because of Him. Toward the end of July of this year, I revamped my relationship with Him, and I've kept semi-steady contact with Him since then! Honestly, Christianity has been the best, most consistent thing in my life. I wouldn't change a thing! (except to get better, ofc) <33 ♥︎♥︎ I LOVE U, JESUS!! ♥︎♥︎ ●◦ Scratch ◦● I used to absolutely adore every aspect of this website. I couldn't imagine not being active on it every day. And then, one day . . . I stopped being active. THE SHAME ;-; It was actually a gradual pull away. I had some very negative encounters on here, and I found that a lot of the rules in place are very one-sided and unfair, so I moved my allegiance elsewhere. Undeniably, however, this website has changed my life, both positively and negatively, so I owe it that. I don't plan on doing anything here, but I felt like sharing this today. Summary ~ ♥︎ I was obsessed w/ Scratch ♥︎ I saw problems w/ Scratch ♥︎ I drifted away from Scratch ♥︎ I remain distant from Scratch ♥︎ Nothing shall change in relation to Scratch . . . lol ●◦ Family on Scratch ◦● I have some family here.
