As you stroll through the bustling market, a sign so crowded it’s practically exploding with words refuses to let you wander away. Reassured by the fact the sign reads “We (usually) don’t bite,” complete with a heart and an explanation point, you step inside. The smell of wood dust comforts you and you gaze at the intricate designs inside… - CARNIVAL GAMES - “I see you’re interested in the carnival games, huh?” You’re led around back of the shop and see… ~ Darts ~ If you choose to play darts, you’ll be entered into a wheel with twelve slots. Some of them will be labeled “hit,” and some will be labeled “miss.” Each point of attack you have (see your species’ stats in the Book of Khelkah, or just ask me) accounts for one “hit” slot. For example, if your Khelkan’s attack is eight, eight slots will be labeled “hit” and four will be labeled “miss.” The wheel will be spun once for each dart you purchase. You can purchase any number of darts (e.g. a set of five and two single darts for seven spins)! Each hit is worth five points. Once the spins are complete, you can spend your points on prizes (you can pick out multiple prizes if you have enough points)! ~ Rope Ladder ~ Interested in climbing the rope ladder? Similar to darts, you’ll be entered into a wheel to see if you succeed. The wheel will have twenty slots, each labeled with either “success” or “failure.” Each point of strength and stamina you have (see your species’ stats in the Book of Khelkah, or just ask me) accounts for one “success” slot. For example, if you have five strength and seven stamina, twelve slots would be labeled “success” and eight would be labeled “failure!” If you succeed, you win a giant hyankun plush! ~ Claw Machine ~ In the claw machine, a wheel will be spun to see if you get a prize! There will be eight slots: four with a listed prize and four with nothing. You can also change one of the slots with nothing to a slot with a prize you get to pick from the discount box for the listed price! - POETRY - “I wrote these myself! You can buy one to hang in your stall or to quote on your ref if you want! I can also write you a custom piece! Make sure you buy what you want before it’s gone — pieces are replaced once sold, so everything’s unique.” - WOODEN CARVINGS - “I love to carve things! Take your pick! Custom pieces are also offered and I’m definitely willing to haggle the price.” - DISCOUNT BOX - “Here are some random things I found that I thought my customers might like! Once something has been bought, I’ll find something else to replace it. Also, I have a special offer for the holidays — if you buy something from the box, you can pick out a free prize from the carnival games!”
