You can just press the green flag and you'll see the eyes follow your mouse/cursor around, the program is easy, but there are also tutorials in YouTube of how to make the characters eyes follow you, so, have fun!
You can also customize the character that's following your mouse/cursor around! Also the backdrop! Just press, 'See inside' and customize it in 'Backdrops'.
