[Update to Corvus' design! Instead of those neon flying squirrel-esque skin whatever (between the arms), they are now more of small, dragon/bat wings. Same color though.] Here is Corvus once again! They've got a slightly newer design, but it's mostly some features trashed because they didn't really add much or contribute to Corvus' design. I feel like the anatomy is MUCH better on this one. I actually really love the design, and the hair doesn't look absolutely trash either. I'm especially happy with the legs and feet (considering that the oldest and first drawing has similar leg placement, but the newest looks the best.) I even used some colored lineart to really make it better. Overall, I'm happy with this design. The second was close, but it wasn't entirely what I wanted. I think this new one is. The paw pads are the exact same as the 2nd Corvus design in case you're wondering. The feet follow the same color scheme as the paw pads (hands?) New references for Zephyr and my other two (partial) sonas coming soon! I might even get back into art and take some requests for the fun of it. I'll add my thoughts on the other two later. Oldest (August 22, 2024): Originally, this was just a concept on my schoolwork. I never really had an official design. I decided on some core aspects of the character, but I wasn't sure about colors or all of the patterns. I decided to finally make it digital, but I just mostly experimented with colors. I wasn't entirely happy though, and the design felt very off. I didn't like the paws or the face (more inspired by clowns for the face, but that was scrapped later on.) The anatomy kind of sucks. I don't like the colors coordination. The legs are wonky, but I worked hard to make the paws decent. They look bad due to the colors and the rest of the proportions which are not great... Second (September 6, 2024): This was the next design of Corvus. I wasn't fond of the neck fur, so I changed it to hair. Huge changes were colors. I wanted more saturation. I've been really into scene and alternative fashion, so I made sure the design reflected that more. The proportions still aren't the best, and I wasn't still entirely happy with the drawing. I didn't really like the lineart for this particular drawing, and the pink on the hips bugged me. Those were mostly experimental. The legs are off also, but they're an improvement. I still kept many base colors the same like the hair, fur color, nose, etc. Newest (December 1, 2024): I'm really proud of this! There is a small tweak to the design (read up top), but this is what I think I had envisioned. Corvus looks absolutely amazing, and I've drawn the proportions how I've wanted to. The anatomy looks pretty nice, and it's overall a nice design in my opinion. guesstheyoutuberiwasinspiredbybasedonitsdesign
Don't worry about pronouns really. Refer to him however you'd like. If you really want to know specifics, Corvus' pronouns are the same as mine. More preferred pronouns are: Xe/xem/xyr He/him/his It/its/its Any other pronouns like she/her, they/them, or neopronouns are just as acceptable! (Just don't ever draw Corvus with... a chest. Please. Use the top surgery scars. Thank you!) Eyes are still a mystery...
