Hey everyone! I go by Caleb/Cassie, Mickey, or Aiden! I use They/It/Neos/She/He or just any pronouns! I've been a member for about a year or two now, though there was a period of time I was inactive due to personal reasons and came back on the account @Transgen (but found the studio on my 1st account) My timezone is EST, I'm a Floridian guys... and I'm 14! I am also part a system of 10, but I am the host so I front the most out of everyone so 95% of the time it's me! <3 I personally believe I would be a good manager because I love helping out in the studio, I like responding to euphoria, positivity requests, name/pronoun testings and much more, and I'm happy to help out anyone who is having a bad day, even with a little <3 I'm also pretty active, maybe not well-known but I comment a lot on the studio, or just check out the chaos that are the comments. I honestly find everyone cool and would love to meet everyone else better and let everyone know me better as well, I also respect boundaries and respect anyone who does or doesn't use tonetags/tw's! :D I also really respect rules and feel that I would be good to enforce (just make people follow the rules) the rules to make sure everyone has a good time! I am also good at finding labels for people and would be willing to research for them! (Just a tiny extra detail lol) Tho there are also downsides to me being manager, a lot happens in my own personal life and that can sometimes leave me feeling super down, which sometimes leads me to not being so active or talkative and maybe even not type without thinking (tho it hasn't happened so far, it is a fair warning). I do want current managers to be aware of this just in case, and if it ever happens I deeply apologize beforehand. Sometimes schedules can mess with my activity levels, meaning I could be on for a week but then randomly disappear now and then, and it can last weeks depending on how busy I am, or if I'm on break, yes when I'm on break I normally don't check scratch so much, so I can miss out on some stuff I also am pretty lazy sometimes and when I say I can do a project I really just procrastinate, just like this project, I was wanting to do it for a while but never really had the motivation to do it, and it has happened with a few others, which I again apologize fro, either I'm really busy or I just back out the last minute (or forget due dates..) I'm not so sure if I have anything special I could bring to the studio, maybe a new type of point system or maybe even a challenge of the week (ex: draw your oc as____ or say hi to your least favourite teacher!). I got this idea from another studio I'm a manager in so I'm not sure if it's creative but we can also have Sexuality/Orientation and/or gender of the week where we recognize lesser known labels that the hive can decide on! I would definitely try to improve the amount of people answering to requests such as euphoria or testing, I have sometimes been ignored when making these requests (I'm not mad, just experiences which I base this on, I personally don't mind this) but since I enjoy making people feel better help them find themselves I would be willing to remind everyone to respond to these types of comments more often, this way helping the hive become even more better and welcoming than it already is (y'all are doing great!) If I don't get considered I would definitely recommend , she has really helped me with finding labels that fit me and answering my questions about labels, so they would definitely make a great manager! I would also recommend /, I've seen him around the hive a lot and we've talked a few times, I feel they would be a great manager since it is so active and super duper nice!
This took about 2 hours to make, I'm sure there are other way better projects (with actual slides, I was lazy on this project...) but I really appreciate managers at least looking at it! If not it's fine, like stated in the studio there's always next time, and it won't stop me from being an active and proud member of the Gaehive, y'all are awesome, stay safe! <333
