1. Create a studio for your team headquarters. Write a good description of who you're looking for in your team, and just overall setup your hq. 2. Invite your friends and people you would like on your team! The more the merrier! 3. Invite @cariogamer to become a manager so that we can keep track of teams easier :) 4. Wait until your first challenge! You need at least 5 people, 10 people tops in your team. As for people asking to be part of your team uninvited, it's completely you and your team members' choice to accept. You aren't required to accept everybody, as long as you are kind about it.
