Rasp is basically the crime lord/bad guy/leader in NYC. He leads the clan that Kag is in. He hates Kag, so he's very abusive to him. There are many other clans thrown together in NYC that fight with them so if anyone wants to play them, that'd be great. Also I need more members of the clan, if anyone wants to be a part of the tribe. He has scars all over and is missing the webbing on one of his wings(front in pic). One of his horns is chipped(back in pic), and he put a metal scrap on his tail that is very sharp. It's molded into his scales and is unable to be removed.
