the quality of the art you'll get is completely random!! really just depends on how much I like ya character & how motivated I am -^.^- will it be colored? will it be bitmap or vector? who knows!! if you're a friend It'll probably be pretty good :) if you put ANYTHING but an oc YOU own I'll call you smelly & have a nice long conversation with your mother about your behavior I will do object ocs btw!!
