She's willing to help anyone who asks for it, only if it doesn't go against her moral code. (Her alignment is lawful neutral.) Cinna prefers to follow the beat of her own drum, and won't back down from any challenge, though she never seeks any fights. ~ ~ ~ Backstory: I know many characters have some sort of trauma as a young child, or something holding them back, but not Cinna. Her parents let her experiment and try whatever she wanted (within reason of course), and that's how she found out she was a girl! Growing up, Cinna was surrounded by a loving, supportive family. Some parents wouldn't let their kids play with her because of her pronouns and how she liked to dress, but that was okay, she had an older brother after all! As they got older, her brother had more and more schoolwork to deal with, not to mention other relationships, but Cinna understood. She made other friends with her extroverted, bubbly personality and care for others. Her best friend, Arrow, supported her in coming out as lesbian to her family. For some reason, Cinna was nervous about this, even though they already accepted her gender; they weren't any different with her orientation.❤ When Cinna got older, she saw some of her friends get picked on because of their gender or orientation, which always frustrated her. Why couldn't they just accept everyone for who they are? Her attempts to stand up for them were futile, and the school didn't care. So she decided to do something about it. She invited everyone to her house, where she baked sweets and breads for them, and set up a comfortable space. Everyone was comfortable and accepted, and to Cinna, it just felt so... natural. Everything was right. ... Her first group was small, but at the next gathering, her friends invited their friends, and their community grew, to the point where it was hard to fit them all in Cinna's living room! Their group was large, but tight-knit and supportive. That's where Cinna met her girlfriend. Arrow had invited one of their(Arrow's not Arrow and Cinna's. Arrow uses they/them pronouns.) friends, Clove. Clove was the perfect match for Cinna; part 'opposites attract' and part 'like meets like'. The two shared interests in baking and helping others, but Clove was more "go with the flow" and energetic than Cinna. Before they started dating, Clove and Cinna tried to hint to each other in multiple ways that they liked the other, but they never noticed the other's advances. Arrow was watching in pain the whole time. ... Even after they started dating, both were oblivious to the fact that Arrow had set them up. Arrow also may or may not have urged both of them to ask each other out after they couldn't stand Cinna and Clove's obliviousness. ... When they were old enough, Clove and Arrow took Cinna to a gay bar. It definitely wasn't the best experience in her life, but it got Cinna thinking: what if she made a similar place, but more friendly for those of all ages? That's when Cinna decided to open a LGBTQ+ Café! ... Nowadays, Cinna's made her café her job. She's there all the time, setting up, serving customers, and cleaning up after closing time. The second level of the café doubled as her home, where she lives with Clove and Arrow. ~ ~ ~ If I win her, I probably won't make Cinna's story a comic. I'll just draw scenes and events for comfort or when I have time :3
(I would give her a bio that includes relationships and other if I won her :3) - design by @fernpawzz! - art by me, @I_Am_Anonymeows (I was originally going to draw scenes from her backstory, and make pride icons of her, but decided not to in case I didn’t win her and the winner got a bunch of unrelated art :’) Of course the winner can use this art with credit!)
