When a leader becomes... well a leader, in Cosmic Seas, StarClan will grant them a new appearance called a mystic form. This does not give them any powers, it's just supposed to be cool. The theme of the leader's mystic form depends on the Clan they're in(see image), it does not have to be specifically like that, it was just an example ^^
