There will be some poses on the mat and you have to remember these poses in the correct order. Choose the balls to input the poses and then it will show whethere it is correct or not. Though their will be one which is the girl standing up with her hands underneath her chin. That is just a normal pose and is not part of the poses. The poses will start from only 2 to remember and then it will go up every level by 1.
