Roleplay Sample ================================================== A dark-haired boy, a little on the short side, was on the ground, clutching his ribs. He wheezed with laughter. "Nice to meet you too." He smiled weakly, getting to his feet. He swayed slightly, and reached out to steady himself on the oak tree to his left. He coughed, sucking in air, before righting himself and glancing up through his fringe of curls. "Wow, you kick pretty hard." He noted, and realized it probably wasn't the best conversation starter. He shrugged internally. ================================================== He was hopelessly late. So late. He'd made the mistake of dozing off on the grass and woke up in a sleepy haze, dirt imprints on his face and a burning feeling on his face, which he'd unfortunately discovered was a sunburn. Then, the dawning realization of, I/ I'm late/I, like every single day of his life. He haphazardly stumbled into the dorm, praying despite his atheism that Mark wouldn't be there. He seemed nice, but he'd probably get laughed at for his disheveled state. ================================================== "My life is a never-ending joke." Leander groaned without answering, and tripped as he made a break for the sink. His head slammed into the cabinets, and he let out a muffled yell. Standing up, he moaned in pain and turned on the sink, splashing water on his face, leaving streaks of mud behind. "Tell me there's coffee." He muttered. He was off to a great start. ================================================== The second and third are both part of the same roleplay, but at different points. The first was a reply to an opener by someone else, and my character was basically (accidentally) kicked. I'm really sorry for having three roleplay samples, but I hoped at least one of them would be good enough...I'm a terrible judge of my writing, sorry. I have no idea if it's acceptable. ================================================== I hope changing the song was alright x'D Song: Superstitious by MKTO (lol ironic because Flyn is superstitious) honestly I don't even know what bunnies would be superstitious about but I suppose conforming to tradition too much would work? being overly conventional? Not flexible? I actually found this song completely on accident. I was looking up Superstition by Stevie Wonder and Spotify was being a jerk and played this instead. And I was kind of like, oh, that's not bad, even though I utterly hate pop songs and this one kind of irritates me at the same time. But hey. I never capitalize titles, it's kind of a thing sorry
