"With all this tragedy, don't get me tangled up." --- Approx. Time: 1 1/2 Hours Introducing Silver Badge, a pegasus and childhood friend of Lavender. Silver, during childhood, was timid, shy and easily scared. Because of this, he was considered an outsider and loner. He befriends little Lavender, the nerdy, tomcolt-ish unicorn filly in class who was constantly teased because of her glasses. Because they have nobody else, they make a promise never to leave each other. The two become best friends, and this friendship continues into high school. Lavenders' parents, however, soon become rich after starting their own company which specializes in the creation of musical instruments. The filly's bad eyesight outgrows her, she earns her cutie mark by singing for an audience (a purple flower and musical note), and she becomes an extremely beautiful, witty, popular and kind mare. She's surrounded by new friends as well as a few colts who take an interest in her. Silver, on the other hand, still has no cutie mark and feels alienated by Lavender's new popularity, even if her personality and friendship with him hasn't changed. With this new thought in mind, he goes into a deep depression. He tries to keep this hidden from his best friend, but when he almost jumps off a building with his wings tied behind his back, Lavender is able to convince him not to kill himself, and screams at him that he can't break the promise that they made to each other years ago. With Lavender's help, Silver gets through his depression and is encouraged to try and start a career that helps others just as Lavender helped him. Lavender becomes the marefriend of a school-famous colt not long after, and this brings Silver back down again, although he tries to ignore one fact that he can't accept: He's fallen in love with his best friend. One day, when Lavender's boyfriend gets a little too violent with her, Silver steps in to save the day, and earns his cutie mark by protecting his friend (a silver police badge.) The next morning, Lavender breaks up with her coltfriend and begins to date Silver. They marry later on and have a baby daughter named Violet Lace. --- All that writing took half an hour. I make so many of my OCs detectives. I guess you guys know what I wanna be when I grow up. Now you know where Violet gets most of her looks from, haha. In all honesty, I feel bad for Lavender the most. I mean, yes, she has the best life out of all my characters: A loving husband, good relationship with her daughter and is smart, pretty and talented. Sad to say, may I add the fact that Violet DAGGERlace currently only has her father? That's right. With a single bullet, Lavender's life is cut short. ... ... ... UGH. I ALREADY HAD PLANNED TO HAVE HER KILLED BEFORE I WROTE OUT THE REST OF HER LIFE. I GOT ATTACHED TO HER ONLY AFTER. UGGGHHH. Me: *makes the most perfect character ever* *kills them off* WHY.
