History: After the M-10c was introduced and inducted by the PAF (Patzian Armed Forces), civilian demand for PDWs (Personal Defence Weapon) was sky high, and the M-10 series became a prime choice for buyers. But FRP (Federal Republic of Patz) arms laws prevent civilians from owning firearms chambered in cartridges larger than 9mm. As a result, the M-10c was rechambered into 9mm, with a new receiver and barrel. The M-12 retains many of the M-10c's features, such as; the stock, a slot for quick disassembly, a reinforced stock, reinforced STANAG and the SAAS-8 sight. The M-12 uses the 9.90mm Parabellum, the most powerful 9mm cartridge on the market, which also made manufacturing of the M-12 easier, as the barrel could remain essentially the same, making manufacturing cheaper and easier. The stock has a molded aluminium buttplate and a small trapdoor that can contain a shorter spare barrel and muzzle, or a cleaning kit for the barrel and receiver. But, as with all manufactured weapons in the FRP, they must have a combat application. Any part, save for the receiver on the M-12 can be swapped out with parts from the M-10c, which reduces manufacturing costs for both weapons. The STANAG also has a metal bottom plate, to prevent damage during combat. The SAAS-8 sight is attached during manufacturing, and the M-12 has a new front sight housing. ----------------- Specs: Capacity: 30 rounds (STANAG) Cartridge: 9.90mm Patzian Fire rate: 1400 rpm Range: 100m (Effective) 380m (Max)
