welcome to my staff application! there will be several sections, all separated into blocks. thank you for your time, and i hope that God blesses you. ════════ ☁️ ABOUT ME... 1 - 3 ༉‧₊˚ ♪ hi! i'm @.therealfender, or fen for short. i use she/her pronouns and i am sixteen years old. i am a junior in high school and a Christian. i love reading, doodling, coffee, working out, hanging out with my friends, gardening, singing in the shower, and roleplaying! oh, and also fandoms like lotr, star wars, and marvel ♡ ════════ ☁️ POSITION(S) I'M APPLYING FOR... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ i am applying for the position of crown or luminary, as well as any of the helper positions <3 ════════ ☁️ roleplay/leadership experience... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ i have a lot of experience in leadership settings, but not many on scratch. at school, i am apart of our student government association and assist in planning for prom, homecoming, service days, and other school-wide activities. i also work in customer service (serving snow cones to kids haha) which requires a lot of patience and the foreign ability to say 'no' without compromising and staying both polite and friendly! in my family, i'm the oldest sister: another role that requires a friendly yet firm hand in the leadership realm. i have three younger siblings that have to be taken care of most afternoons and they can be pretty... eh.. ungrateful (iykyk). on scratch, i am a recent admin in the towscrp roleplay by @.clxudivine <3 i'm also an active roleplayer in several different roleplays, including tfcrp (forest + solivagantsonder), inevitable (clamswirl + ballyhootwirl), and towscrp (evanescentmoon + aegisdespair). ════════ ☁️ leadership qualities... 6 - 7 ༉‧₊˚ ♪ i would be a good pick because of my maturity and real-life experience with leadership, as well as organizational skills. i enjoy talking and interacting with others, as well as helping people with any problems/questions that they may have! :D i have learned how to be polite in the face of disagreement without conceding my point, as well as patience because -- and let's face it -- people are diverse. everyone has their own opinion and personality quirks that require patience to handle. i believe i could provide a calm alternative to passionate debating, whether it occurs within the staff team or in the roleplaying community. i am also good at organizing information into simplistically aesthetic formats <3 which is not a necessary thing, but i find that roleplaying is more enjoyable when one has a clear understanding of the information provided while also appreciating the simple aesthetics use to accent said information. strengths: — organizing, collecting data, writing/typing, interacting with people, friendliness, cooperative weaknesses: — time-management, being a 'doormat,' (secretly) stubborn, procrastinating, overwhelmed at times ════════ ☁️ things i wouldn't want to do... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ there's not much that i wouldn't be willing to do, but i don't enjoy hosting projects where i'm required to be insanely quick with my responses or that take up 2+ hours of my time per day since, as stated, i'm a junior in high school (aka i have two sports, a job, and schoolwork: these will mainly come into effect during the springtime). ════════ ☁️ what i'm looking forward to... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ roleplaying within more of a 'long-term' community! since this roleplay is based on a monthly timetable, i think that it will be easier to form closer bonds with other roleplayers. i'm also very excited to roleplay the different roles/dynamics that you've come up with!! if i become part of the staff team, it'd be neat to get to accept bios; it's honestly one of my favorite activities to do, as well as giving out warrior names since i'm a bit of a logophile hehe ♡ ════════ ☁️ activity... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ i'm decently active and i check scratch on mobile several (3+) times per day, as well as long onto my family's computer at least once per day for at least an hour or two at a time. however, i also have a job, homework, and sports that will mostly affect my springtime activity levels. out of ten, i'd say that, during a typical school week (excluding holidays or breaks), i'm about a 6-7/10. on weekends, i'm more of a 4-8/10 depending on if i'm on break or how many activities i have planned :) ════════ ☁️ codeword... ༉‧₊˚ ♪ i really like the green aesthetic of momento mori! it's very earthy and relaxed, which i appreciate. i think it would go well with the purple often associated with lavender flowers <3 ════════ thank you for taking the time to consider me for the staff team! best wishes when it comes to choosing your admins. credits to @.saurkrout / @.momento-morii for the application project and roleplay <3
