(WARNING: SENSITIVE TOPICS THROUGHOUT THE STORY!!!!!) Introduction: (Lily's POV) I was only 20! Haha! I didn't understand anything about the adult world, what I was supposed to do, or who I even was! It wasn't until that one fateful night when I bumped into Anastasia when I knew just how complex the world is.... (Anastasia's POV) I was 22 and had a good paying job,,,,One that most would be in j@il for. I only knew darkness and the bad side of the world until I met her. Lily. She was like the light in my darkness and I could have never imagined that I would grow feelings for someone as hyper and energetic as her, yet....at the same time, she helped me see the good side of life. And I love her for that.
Chapter 1: (Lily's POV) "Lily! Wake up! Come on! You have a job interview, and you promised your brother you would stick with him tonight!" Called my mom from downstairs, for I was still living with my parents and my brother had separation @nxiety, and the fact that we were always close together as kids didn't help either. "Coming mom! I will be there in a few seconds...." I replied, my voice still groggy from sleep as I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I looked in my mirror and groaned in annoyance as I saw how messy my hair was. "Okay, Lily, come on, you got this." I told myself before I smiled and began to brush my hair. "Hey sis? Do you know where my charger-Oh my god! I am so sorry!" Said my twin brother, Kyle, as he covered his eyes, for I was ch@nging. "Learn to knock, Kyle!" I yelled before I finished putting my shirt on. "Now what did you need? Your charger? It's in mom's room, she took it." I told him before I grabbed my phone and rushed downstairs when I saw the time. "You better eat something AFTER the interview. You're going to be late if you eat right now." My mom told me as she hugged me goodbye as I rushed out and got in my car. "Yeah, that's a big building...." I muttered to myself, slightly more nervous now that I see how big the building is. "It's okay, it's all going to be okay." I said to myself as I stepped out of my car and walked up to the front doors only to see a girl in black ripped jeans, a black shirt, black boots, and some black jewelry standing there sm0king. "Got a problem, sunshine?" She calls out to me as she catches me staring. She burns out her cig in a nearby ashtray. I shake my head. "No, sorry." I reply, a slight blush forming on my cheeks as I see her intense yet slightly flirtatious gaze on me as I enter the office building. I sit down in the waiting room and can't stop thinking about the girl outside. I snap out of my thoughts as I hear a man come out of a nearby office and walk up to me. "He is ready for you. Good luck."
