press 1 to punch the homeless (patrick because i couldnt find a better walking animation) press two to throw honey bun at them press 3 to drink the jack Daniels to get some health back press 4 to block which blocks out all damage but you cant move or attack while blocking to enter 7 11, go to the doors and press up arrow and to leave press down arrow
