hi! happy new year! i'm trying to follow this book called every Monday matters where every Monday, you make a positive impact, no matter how small. some of them include turning off your TV, having amber alerts sent to you... I plan to share my progress on scratch in hopes that will stop me from quitting, get other ppl in on it too, and spread helpful info :) the first one is to create a list of what matters most to you and how you obtain it. my list <3 spending time w/ family + friends getting better at sci-oly getting better at competition math doing things that make me happy (baking new foods, writing stories) getting more sleep getting more confident in myself volunteering/exploring diff. jobs starting a passion project things that are wasting my time: scrolling on yt shorts actively watching ASMR when I should be doing my work choosing to sleep in for a couple extra hours things I can do to stop (feel free to comment some suggestions! I don't mind at all, in fact they r appreciated <3) have my mom set up a screentime limit make a mood board aesthetic w/ quotes and post it on my workplace to remind me of my dreams A quote that I like: "Dreams don't work unless you do." comment ^_^ if u got this far (only if u want to of course) and thank u for reading!
