Click or space for next :D I’ve been working on this for almost a week, and I’m super happy with how it’s coming out! I still need to do some line art and coloring, and of course backgrounds, but like I said I’m really happy and oh boy has the motivation been FLOWING :D I’ve pretty much worked on nothing but this for a week straight hehe ALSO OH MY GOSH TOONSQUID - it’s so much better than procreate dreams :’) the drawing part of the app actually works properly, there’s a selection tool, and a ton of other stuff that dreams is missing It took me about 2-3 days to really get used to it, but since it’s definitely inspired by procreate, it doesn’t feel too unfamiliar. I’d assume people with less procreate / procreate dreams experience might take a little longer to figure it out (it’s got a pretty steep learning curve) but I gotta say I really, really like it Procreate dreams almost went /too/ minimalist with the way it worked - plus all the missing features and the fact that the brush scales, all of which make it really annoying to use. Toonsquid on the other hand, while not perfect, is much, much better. I’m still hoping for procreate dreams updates soon, but at this point I just wanna animate and I don’t wanna keep waiting. So if anyone else is frustrated with dreams, definitely give toonsquid a chance, plus it’s less money anyway :)
