This is a version of Lucas that has super speed. He used to be in the evil dimension (the same dimension as evil dapper boy) but escaped by going really fast and ripping open space and time. He founded M.A.T.T.E. to stop others from doing the same and keeping the multiverse in check. He also invented the first recognized universe traveling machine in the dapper-verse.
