Recently, it has been confirmed (idk how long) that RBFs is going into a lawsuit. A creator named Oreo had made the original Purple design (fan-made) and presented it to Roy (to sell it to him), who the later, Roy blocked Oreo on (scratch won't let me say it). Oreo then creates a FNF mod featuring Purple as a fan-made oc. Roy and Charcoal soon used the design of Purple for the game, not giving Oreo the credit nor buying it. They then started selling products of Purple and such, so Oreo sues them for copying Purple without credit (and other things). Roy soon forms a lawsuit against Oreo for copyright, and most videos or posts on t w i t t e r for example got taken down. The lawsuits and such are still happening. This is all I know so far about this and I'm probably wrong on a few things but that's basically what's happening
