--- ** Deadlines and Expectations for the Show** Hi everyone, I’m posting this to make sure we’re all on the same page regarding deadlines and expectations for the project. The dates listed on the right side are the *due dates* for tasks, not when we start them. If you have a vacation coming up, please make sure to complete your work before you leave. If you’ll be off during the Christmas/New Year break but still want to work on the show, I’ll be online and available to help. However, I’ll be offline from December 24th to 26th. During that time, please try to figure things out on your own, or reach out to @Aldertoast if you need assistance. Meeting deadlines is crucial. If we don’t stay on track, the show will be delayed. We’re aiming for the first episode to be posted on YouTube and Scratch by June 20th, and while things can come up, I expect everyone to stay committed. This project is something I’ve dreamed of doing for a long time, and I need a team that is as dedicated as I am. If you’re not able to meet these expectations, we may need to make adjustments. Please remember, when I chose you for this project, I did so because I believed you were committed and capable. If you’re having issues or don’t agree with something I’ve said, feel free to talk to me. But if you’re planning to leave the team later on, I’d rather know now, as it’s much harder to find a replacement partway through the process.
