Cirrus helped Carnation with her eye, which she had recently lost by healing it and when Carnation felt self anxious about her appearance, Cirrus covered it for her with a flower. They became besties and did a ton of exploring, and they both realized they liked each other, but wern't sure if the other one liked them back. eventually Cirrus told Carnation, and they became mates.
