1. People being choosing beggars. Like when someone REALLY wants a role and then they complain abt being a bg character. 2. No voice descriptions on character auditions. How am I meant to know what voice to do when there is no description! 3. No variety of character voices. As a girl with a feminine but deep voice, I can't voice male characters. However, all of the girl characters are often just "high voice" or "med-high voice".
