Also, sleeping in pitch black is good for you. It rests your eyes better, and you cant see anything. win win am i right ?? ♡ make your bed and wash your sheets / pillowcases - making your bed is a big difference when it comes to sleep. and washing them too ! when you wash you bedding, its free from dirt, germs, and sickness. also your bedding is nice and fluffy and warm after :D ♡ wind down - winding down is super good for your health. Put your phone away, take a nice bath, and read a book. ♡ soft pillows / stuffies i LOVEEE my big brown valentines bear. hes so good to sleep with and I love him so much ! plush things are very important when getting a good sleep. ————————————᧔•᧓———————————— well , have a goodnight doll ! xx
