Ok seriously only A COUPLE DAYS after the Giant album came out they revealed the Hop Album teasers!... Not complaining, but it was amazing to finally get a special album with another new set of their solo song. Similar to the skz-replay album they all made new solos, but the catch was that they all get their own mv too. Anyways if you're new here, these songs are on loop forever (like always ;) so if you'd like to switch to a different song you can click space or any of the skzoo floating around ^-^ I don't know if I expected skz to outdo themselves again, since I expect them to always do the unexpected and they did XD Walkin on water was definitely worthy of the title track, it was so catchy! Chan's chorus part was stuck with me before it was even officially released :') Bounce Back was probably a song Han needed to write to get his anger out of him ^-^; (if you look at the lyrics it's the empowerment of Stray kids, idek how to word it XP) But it definitely grew on me quite quickly. U is probably the song I was looking forward to the most since Seungmin spoiled the beginning on his live before... As expected it was definitely one of my top favorite songs on this GREAT ALBUM! Chan even explained the title as U could mean "you" or the street U-turn sign meaning to "go back to you" Then the remix, we all know Stray kids are the best at remixing their own songs. I don't know I might even like this version better than the original. Railway... quoting Chan "It's about trains" and Chan didn't write the lyrics, "VERSACHOI wrote the lyrics" -_- He also left the interpretation of this song to us, so yeah :) let your imagination take over. Many stays have said it could be about his trainee days tho.. so tell me what you think? Unfair by Felix, according to himself, was inspired by the movie Beauty and the Beast. But goodness I wasn't ready to hear Felix's voice duality, it's seriously 100 voices in one person o_o Compared to Deep End, Felix likes singing depressing songs T-T Hallucination by I.n was definitely something unexpected, Seungmin even said "he's a man now!" The lyrics are insane, but also I like this genre and it suits I.n's mysterious, siren voice really well. Youth is such a Lee know song about just living life since we're still in our youth. It's so upbeat and overall such a cheerful song that gets me smiling and singing along. Lee know should honestly create more songs since I've been a fan of every solo he has made so far. So Good by Hyunjin was such a dramatic song for me XD I loved it but it took me a while to get used to it (I listened to it A LOT before it was officially released). The "Oh My God" was really catchy tho <3 Ultra by Changbin was a really powerful song! I loved the instrumental in the second verse, but nothing beats the strong start. Changbin knows how to start a song with power! Hold My Hand by Han was the song I fell in love with after hearing it for the first time. The lyrics was really sweet "All I want is you, not your tears." The emotions I get from this one song is a lot! I feel happy, loved, sad, joy, and excitement. As We Are by Seungmin is definitely Seungmin's style. His song always felt like a warm hug. I still haven't "studied" the lyrics to fully understand the meaning, but all of Stray kids fully adore his song. All in all, these solos each have their own performances/choreography. I'm really proud of our boys, and I love them so much! Congrats Stray Kids on hopefully another successful album. CHALLENGE: If you can, try ranking all the songs (or just the solos), good luck :)... I'm still debating if this album is taking first place in my favorite albums list ^-^;
