Name: Sharkstar Previous names: Sharkkit, Sharkpaw, Sharksnap Meaning for name (I'll make a better one soon rip this is so rushed): Sharkstar’s paternal grandfather was a boat cat who hailed from lands where sharks were common creatures. His owner eventually decided to retire to a suburb only a few miles west of clan territory. Wanting to spend the rest of his days as a wild cat, Shark's grandpa escaped, stumbling across clan territory. He eventually fathered Sharkstar’s dad, whom he told legends of the great beasts. While Sharkstar’s grandpa did not live to meet Sharkstar, Shark’s dad honored his father by naming his son after the great sharks of legend. He acts on what he thinks is best for the clan, oftentimes to a fault as he has a tendency to overlook individual struggles in his drive to satisfy the needs of the entire clan. He spent a lot of his deputy days striving to learn all he could about how to properly serve his clan, observing his surroundings to really learn about his clan and allies. However, Sharkstar does tend to be on the quiet side. He sometimes tends to hide away, not really going out of his way to interact randomly. He is very loud about the opinions he holds, especially about other clans. Despite his best efforts to be a fair leader, Sharkstar lives up to the stereotype of his namesake, oftentimes acting mean or aggressive. He does his best to be welcoming, but he can come off as very scary at times, even acting outright hostile on occasions. He is very critical of cats works, especially when it comes to something that could affect the clan and will be very blunt with his criticism.
