When you're ready, click space as fast as you can. NO butterfly clicking, drag clicking,or jitter clicking if you want your score to be true. (Yours, not mine) (Also it shows you your score AFTER the time has ended.) BTW, for the high-score, you are allowed to do butterfly clicking or any style.
