Okay so we all know that Httyd is gonna get a live action, and personally I’m excited. But now there’s a controversy that’s Astrid actor is not accurate to the movie, since her actor is black and Astrid in the original movie isn’t black (even though her voice actor is) Let me make something clear WHY SHOULD WE CARE ABOUT THIS!? It’s a movie. About. a. boy. Who. Befriends. A. Dragon! I’m just confused on why so many people are angry about this!? Sure it don’t look like Astrid, but why am I the only person, who doesn’t care about this!? I don’t care who they cast, I don’t care that is not “historically accurate” it a fictional movie, it’s not base on true events, get over it!
Can we just not make a fuss over something that in my opinion, shouldn’t matter WHO CARES ON WHAT SHE SHOULD LOOK LIKE?! By this logic should we not all get angry at the fact that ALL book-to-movie adaptations aren’t 100% accurate to the actual material your getting that movie from
