But only when it’s for school. Except for the first two books in a series I was writing with my friend, but we never finished the series. Q3: First person POV, second person POV, or third person POV? A: First person almost always, third person is good occasionally, and second person is so cool but i’ve only tried it once. Q4: Do you have a favourite author? If so, who? A: Too many to list here. Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: Yes definitely. Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: Write for fun. If it stops being fun, stop the story. If you aren’t having fun with what you’re writing, it’s not going to be a good story. You might need to take a break, or abandon the story altogether. Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: Sometimes. Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: The beginning of Rising Dawn. That series has been abandoned, but my friend and I did write a lot more chapters from what I shared on scratch. Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: uhhhhhh if I’m totally honest, I have no idea what any of that means. Okay, I looked it up, and I still have no idea which would be my favorite. Q10: What's your inspiration? A: I have actually no idea Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? Q20: Have you ever written a character based on someone in real life? A: Yes. Amber and Atlantic from Rising Dawn are amplified versions of me and my friend. Ivy from Equinox is basically just me but genderswapped. Q21: Do you give MBTI personality types to your characters? A: oh my gosh I need to do this now Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: I don’t really know what Google docs is but I write on Microsoft Word or the Notes app. Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? But I’ve done lots of other kinds as well. Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: nearly all of my stories start at around chapter 25 so… Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? A: I’ve…tried. Q32: Have you roleplayed with your characters before? A: not really, unless they were created for roleplaying. Q33: Do you think you take way too long planning what to write instead of actually writing? A: Yeah, I have some 4th grade Warriors stories that are probably very cringey, and that certain other story I will eventually get around to writing…at some point. Oh and also Rising Dawn. Q43: Have you ever written the main character as the villain before? A: no, but it sounds really fun. Q44: What's your favourite things to put in stories? (things you personally find entertaining to read/write) A: meta, breaking the fourth wall, stuff like that. Q45: Have you written romance before? A: I tried but it was so bad. I am currently attempting to write a romance/realistic fiction story with my friend so we’ll see how that goes. Q46: Do you put life lessons in your stories? A: I mean, not really.
