Inside jokes are a large part of the studio, though many go unexplained. Here is a (hopefully) up-to-date list of all the inside jokes with explainations. Sink This is based off a combination of the words "Link" (the Legends of Zelda character) and "simp". This is mostly targeted at Brook (@Moonwatcher127) Pablo Pablo isn't as popular as before, but it still makes an appearance time to time. Pablo refers to this emoticon: (͠≖ ͜ʖ͠≖) The studio has many rules that aren't written under the rules section in the description. They include: Reposting Please wait until your comment is either off the first page or 10 minutes old to repost. Banned media Discussion of Mouthwashing, Hazbin Hotel, and Helluva Boss are banned. We expect curators to manage discussion of potentially inappropriate media themselves. If you are unsure if a piece of media is appropriate: - Does it pass the first page test? When you search it on Google, is there anything inappropriate on the first page. - Can you talk about it without mentioning inappropriate aspects? - Would you want an 8 year old engaging with the piece of media? More in depth project in the Notes and Credits. Reminding others of the rules If you're reminding people of the rules, especially the venting rule, be respectful and understanding. Many new curators may not know these things are a part of our, so here's some extra information! Euphoria Euphoria, in this context referring to gender euphoria, is when someone requests their gender to be affirmed by people using their preferred names and pronouns. This is often done to combat gender dysphoria, when someone's gender feels unaffirmed and makes someone uncomfortable and/or distressed. People will make euphoria requests, and we encourage people to respond! Templates in the Notes and Credits. Thumbnails We allow curators to submit their own thumbnails for the studio! It must include the text "the LGBTQ+ studio a safe space for all" and no flashing lights. Once done, just add it to the studio and a manager might use it during their host shift! The discussion studio Do you have any ideas for how our studio can improve? A concept for a fun community building game? Well, you can post it in the discussion studio! There, your post will be considered, and maybe even implemented. Link in notes and credits. The alternate studio If there's something bothering you in the main studio, whether it be a bandwagon or Brook causing utter chaos, you can go to the alternate studio. Link in notes and credits. Host shifts Every 24 hours or so, our managers change the host. All managers tagged in notes and credits, plus a link to the manager bios. QOTS The question of the shift is a question the host writes for their shift. You'll find it in the host section, under the current host's username and such. That's all! I hope you enjoy your time in our studio.
