Art Class . 004 . Contents [1] Lesson [2] Homework [3] Grades Art Class . 004 . Lesson Hello, once again, my students! This is lesson three. Today, we will go over how to draw humans! I use a style called anime to draw humans. Starting off with a circle, you then add a slight point. Draw a line going down. This is the backbone, basically. You will also see I added a + shape on the head. This is a guideline for the face. Add lines for the shoulders and hips. Draw the legs and arms. Slight bends help give it a more human and natural look. Now, you can add the basic hand and foot shape. Sketch out the initial shape of the body. Also finish sketching out the hands and feet. Sketch the character's hair and clothing. Sketch some of the facial features, then go to lineart. Color in the blank (flat) color. No doing any shadows or lighting at this time. Basic anime uses cel (or block) shading. We will use this shading today and go over more advanced shading in other lessons. This is how I draw humans! I hope you enjoyed it. Art Class . 004. Homework Now, we have... *laughs mischievously* Homework! Isn't it just your favorite? For today, it is just drawing a human. If you have no human character designs, you can use the one I drew. 1. Draw a human, show the sketch, blank color, and finished product. If you normally use vector to draw, you must use bitmap, or it will lower your homework's grade! Art Class . 004 . Grades Rabin: Due on 1/21/24 pikachow9375 : Bright Day! The arms and legs were to straight, and the legs were also a little short. I also didn't see any shading. Sharky: Cloudy Sun! Your shoulders needed to be wider, and the ears were slightly too large. Those were the major problems but overall good! (I only recently learned about the shoulder thingy so) Minnow: Cloudy Sun! Your arm were a bit thin, and the feet and head were slightly pointy. @Musical_Lilac180 : Blackout!
