this is phitou! she’s an alien brought to earth in search of researching. she would look more human, but the device responsible for doing that broke mid-landing. she comes from an ocean-ridden space colony, and is the head researcher of her ship. she’s quite chaotic, and doesn’t speak whatever common language earth may hold. she gets along by hiding in your average alleyway, viewing translated human articles with her stolen windows xp, or spying on your average person via dumpster. female aro/ace she/they lawful neutral
