It’s my favorite horse, Romeo! Background information: he is 10 years old and is born on April 3rd, I have been riding him for over 2 years now, he used to be a racehorse (I have galloped him in a 2- point and it was so fun and fast), he was only a dollar though he did need a lot of rehab, he was not very trusting, it took almost 8 months of rehabilitation to get him to where he is now. Things that are positive about Romeo: he follows me around everywhere, I am the only person he allows to stare at him while he is drinking water, I was the first person to canter and jump him in a lesson, I have jumped him 2.5 feet, I used to lease him, I have fallen off him 2 times (this may not seem positive but once I fell off he came straight to me), I love him so much. Negative things about Romeo: he has a neurological issue where he does have as much control over his back legs ( it’s has gotten 20 hundred times better), HE HAS MOVED MORE THAN AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE AND MY DAD WON’T LET ME RIDE HIM ANYMORE (only occasionally)!
He belongs to my trainer and is not mine though I wish he was. This is @BlueMorphoButterfly1 ‘s friend speaking. - I went to see her ride one day, and she was riding Romeo. All she was doing was loving him. She kept kissing him and hugging him and calling him Romes (it’s his nickname). Throughout the entire lesson she was patting him for small things. You can really tell that she loves him and that Romeo loves her back.
