Nemesis was in a dark room with little lighting, he sat on the ground calibrating his plasma rifle. He knew he would die eventually for the army, he was one of the newly produced super soldiers with enhanced strength, better maneuverability, booster rockets in his boots, much better sensors and as well as enhanced armor. His body armor was dark silver and had glowing red lines running across his body as well as a red glowing orb in his chest. His armor was embedded on his skin so he could never take it off for safety measures. His head was covered by his helmet which could never be removed like every other soldier, and had a red visor running horizontally across the front of his helmet. He had armor other than the one on his skin, but it was mainly for extreme battles so he's heard, he’s never been in extreme combat, he has always been training inside of the SAROW fortress because he only gets called into battle whenever things get insane. Once he was done he headed out of the room and saw all the other super soldiers either finishing calibrating or waiting for the others. “Hello Nemesis.” Said a soldier named Scourge, Scourge was nemesis’ friend. “Hey Scourge.” Nemesis replied. A voice boomed from a loudspeaker on a wall saying “Scourge, Nemesis, Slayer. Report to docking bay R8 at 14:00.” “Huh, at least we won’t have training.” said Scourge “I hope it's a battle.” replied nemesis. “I don’t know about you but I wanna kill some void soldiers.” Scourge laughed a little and said “Me too.” “What do you wanna do till then?” Asked Nemesis, Scourge just shrugged “I don’t know maybe… yeah I got nothing.” Scourge was always the guy that just followed orders and rushed into battle without a plan. Nemesis however always assessed the situation and planned escape routes or tactical routes, he calculated the best way to attack. So he thought about why they were being called out to a docking bay as they headed out of the room. I doubt it’s a visitor. I heard rumors of the Raxion Stronghold falling but those are just rumors. but still he had a suspicion that it had been destroyed. Nemesis thought hard about the rumors and came up with another question. He tried asking Scourge about the question. “Hey Scourge, you’ve heard about that one camp that they sent to find some sort of artifact right?” Scourge replied with a hint of curiosity. “Yeah, what about it?” “Did they say what they were looking for?” asked Nemesis. “No, I don’t think so, well I mean I don’t know for sure but I overheard them saying something about data… valuable data.” Scourge said with caution. “Interesting.” said nemesis “I bet it has something to do with the war. That’s one of the most logical explanations.” “Oh, by the way did you hear that we’re constructing a dimensional portal? It’ll allow us to reach other worlds in different dimensions.” Scourge exclaimed “I’m pretty excited about it, just think of visiting a new world either colonized or uncolonized. “Huh, the benefits of that would be being able to set up a base on a planet in an alternate dimension.” Nemesis proclaimed. “We could use it as either a safehouse or a munitions factory or both, actually both would be the best. He said with a shrug. “I for all am just interested in the new creature or organisms. I really hope we find sentient beings.” Said Scourge with a sigh “Yeah, well you could become a scientist after the war.” Nemesis said “Well that is if you survive… which you will. They continued walking until Scourge said he had to attend to something. “Sorry, I have to go and attend flight practice.” Scourge said “No you’re fine.” Replied Nemesis Scourge was training to be a pilot and he had flight attendance every few days. He’s been training to be a pilot for a while and he was getting promoted in the next few weeks. Nemesis hasn’t thought about what rank he’s aiming to be, so he’s mostly just focusing on his current rank. Nemesis checked what time it was and it was approximately 13:30 so he started heading towards docking bay R8, he ran into Slayer on the way there and greeted him. “Hello Slayer.” Slayer was a marksman and a sword fighter; he always had an energy sword and his plasma sniper rifle.
“Hello to you too.” Slayer said in a low voice. “Come on, we have to be at the hangar bay in about…ten minutes.” “Hey guys we have to go!” Yelled Scourge. They started running towards the hanger passing other rooms with either soldiers discussing plans or soldiers calibrating or preparing weapons. When they got to the hangar bay, they saw a broken-down SF jet. There was a general there and they asked him what was happening and the general said with determination. “The rumors of the Raxion Stronghold falling are true. These soldiers are from the camp that we sent to find an ancient data card from the center of our planet.” The super soldiers looked at the two soldiers from the stronghold, one of the soldiers was severely wounded and was being transported to a medical bay. The general continued. “We have deciphered the card and it says that a mask of great power is hidden amidst the lands and that a soldier will find it and put it on and stop the void armada forever.” The trio of soldiers were looking at each other with curiosity. “We are dispatching many search parties around the planet. You will not be a part of them just yet.” He said. “You are going to venture back towards the ruins of the Raxion Stronghold and investigate the enemies fortress they’ve set up there.” Nemesis, you will be the commander of the group. Slayer will take out enemy scouts and plan a route and last Scourge you will pilot the SF jet towards the stronghold. You have three days to prepare, and you will take fifteen extra soldiers with you, remember this is not an attack mission this is stealth, map it out and return. Good luck…
