(This project is designed more for animation rather than sounds) Well, it's a good 'ol friend from NeoTech, an F.2. However, he is questioned about his living since he (and his species) doesn't seem to be a true ghost. He's questioned by what appears to be, many, and if his species are still viable for the October events given their attendance in the past years. I know I've shared this project on this specific day, but the notes I gave in Notes and Credits are the reason why it was this delayed. I have been since losing interest in making major projects due to busyness and other issues. Pardon for the inconsistent quality since some were premade before the creation of this project. Besides, this project doesn't realistically take place in October. Also, this project is not about showing every ghosts in every media ever. It's about a specie named F.2 who is questioned for their living, therefore not everyone makes a definitive appearance here.
Originally was supposed to be made quickly on Halloween. It was thoroughly on hiatus for over a month now. Sorry for not bringing out a NeoTech animation since I'm kind of burnt out on trying to give one especially for this event. Life has been getting far worse than before, and thus I rarely get myself active with my accounts along with other sites. Plus, more of my projects were reported once more. Well, the reason why this was released on the middle of December because the situation of attempting to animate this as well as the internet got worse. Originally, in October 31, I went on a long trip. As I alternatively try to work on with a tablet, everything keeps shaking more than 90% of the time, giving me no real progress on my work (not to mention how difficult it is to use the editor for mobile). When I arrived there, the internet barely functions and this is where I knew I wouldn't be able to finish this in time. So all the other progress were now in last month and then recent hours since I lost motivation working on this project due to further circumstances. Those circumstances extended further for over a month (as I lost interest making "heavy" projects for a while), and I also accidentally deleted a project from those days so the one before this is now a description project.
