Use this like a real elevator and don't prank call the security guard!!! If you press the red button, the elevator will stop roughly and needs assistence! For assistence, hold the alarm button until it does "hoooonk bep bep bep bep bep bep". If security is asking you something, say "Jag fastnade" or "I got stuck". A technician will come 2 minutes later and will restart the elevator for you.
