i realized that i showed how i draw humans but not cats.. so i figured id show how i draw cats steps to draw a good cat (bust) 1: grab your ̶v̶̶i̶̶c̶̶t̶̶i̶̶m̶ character. for my example, i chose my friend's (@nocturidae) rp character king :3 2: sketch it out! idk how to explain it really.. js start with a circle for the head and go from there. notice how i added red lines for extra details i wanted to include! 3: lines. i used the bucket tool to fill in stuff i liked from the sketch, and traced over parts i wanted to re-do. 4: clean-up! fixed the scars to make them more accurate ;] (also sry gng.. i changed my mind he has a tail now..) 5: basic colors. i filled in the scars now. 6: filled in the whole design now! i could stop here but im a perfectionist so no... 7: coloring the lines.. he. he looks special rn but trust the process 8: details!! 9: lazy ahh bg.. i colorpicked the one from the ref 10: pasted him in 11: border + more details :3 and thats how i draw cats!! (most of the time) note: my style changes so much its scary... another note: im on new meds (weeps..) so my hands are very shaky i fear to autumn and ray.. im working on payments trust o7 they should be out by next month!!
