So uh.. I guess oppressing workers, putting children in the coal mines, giving them only the bare minimum to survive while actively pulling some of them out to commit war crimes; I guess it kinda makes them mad, and want to overthrow the Emperor. I'm sure I'll be fine, its a bunch of starving, injured, and weak coal miners!
