The shifter CL can shift to move out of the way of the bambis, like how the bambis move to get to the CLs. Hp: 60 Speed: 1.5 Damage: 3 Knockback: -1 (the shifter cl has negative knockback res because the knockback gives it time to shift) The shifter CLs would probably appear around wave 25 as they can be hard to deal with if you have a small amount of bambis.
