The year is 1815, Napoleon has been repelled and exiled to St. Helena, and representatives and rulers alike travel to Vienna, to carve up Europe. However, you have the chance to change the European borders for good. There will be two parts of this roleplay. STAGE I - You will represent a nation, and negoiate in Vienna for the new borders of Europe. STAGE II - You can actually roleplay, have fun. Y'all know the rules.
