Had to write these down because people have been running off with my designs lately by offering for one of my designs, you are confirming you read my TOS, and agreeing to follow them TOS: 1: I will be putting your offer in a studio to keep track of it. I haven't been strict enough about having people finish pays, so im keeping them readily available 2: payments MUST be finished within a month (30 days) or I will cancel your offer. I will be sending you notices leading up to it - you may ask for an extension, and we can discuss it (ex if you had a trip and you couldn't log onto scratch) I'll give you a new due date, not exceeding 2 months. Do not lie about the reason for your extension. If you do, you will be blacklisted instantly 3:using any kind of ai or STOLEN art (not bases) for payments isnt allowed. Bases are only allowed for customs. Using bases for art will be warned, and if it happens more than twice you'll get blacklisted. Stolen art, or ai is an immediate blacklist 4: when you make a custom, do NOT give me a stolen design. This will also result in an immediate blacklist 5:your account does matter when you offer!! If you have a history of bullying, stealing, etc, I most likely will NOT accept your offer 6:having other people do your payments for you is not allowed, if you want the design, you can work for it yourself. If you have somebody else do payments, I will cancel your offer 7:with premade designs, I will NOT take designs from other users. I still do trades, so I will ask for a design you own made by another person, but I expect you to make sure that the designer is ok with their design being resold 8:I don't mind designs I made being used for gore, or suggestive ish art, but PLEASE do not make full on 18+ Art. I will take my design back in an instant and blacklist you (Note this WILL change in the future when I'm around 16-18. ) 9: if you loose interest in a character, notify me!! Id gladly take it back. If you're not comfortable giving a design to me for free, I could make you a custom or art piece 10:PLEASE notify me if you're going to resell or trade one of my designs, because (like rule 5) accounts matter, and I'd need a quick look at their account to make sure they aren't a crap person, and that they didn't make a new account to get past being blacklisted 11:do not use any of my characters or unsold adopts without permission, and do not claim them as your own. This will result in an immediate blacklist 12:Do not reference my designs, whether unsold, or sold to someone else. It does not matter if you have their permission to copy the design style, I do not want my designs being referenced. I know this sounds a bit hypocritical coming from a designer who references characters to make designs, but I actually make them different in many ways. Every time I've had my designs referenced, its basically just a copy with a different color nose or something 13:please avoid rushing payments, if you need more time I can give it to you, but rushing payments makes them very low quality, and I don't want to have to reject your payments because they were half done :( 14:when you offer and put in a month of disco nitro, or Robux, those cost REAL money, so please, offer smart and don't overoffer. Someone offered me 4 months of nitro a while back but they didn't have enough money so we had to cancel :( 15:if I agree to let you sell my design, do NOT sell for real money please. 16: you're allowed to change my designs a bit, but don’t change my designs enough to no longer be recognized, and even if they are changed, I still need to be credited. 17: You do not need to credit me for every art you create and share of my designs, but if somebody asks please do @ me! This goes for my designs on pfps as well. 18:rule 17 does NOT apply for my art, if you use my art in a post ever, please credit me. 19:You are allowed to share and post my designs offsite, but always credit, and remember the rules for trading!! If it happens again, you'll get blacklisted (as long as you notify me it shouldn't happen because I can just tell you they're blacklisted. It'll most likely only happen if someone DECIDES to sell the design after I say no)
