Overview - I’m super pleased with the improvement my art has shown this year! You may notice a meme drawover in the “masterpiece of the year” category, this is because it happens to be a masterpiece (I couldn’t decide what piece from the year I liked best). January - This was an entry for a competition and a homage to an earlier piece which was actually in my summary project for last year! February - This was a gift for my friend Echo (@catsrpawsome15), she’s very lovely <33. I’m still super proud of this! I love how soft it feels. March - I did not have a lot to choose from in March, art-wise, but I liked the pose on this guy. It was apart of an art trade with @stormyfeathers April - This was an art trade with @--sammy! I also didn’t do too much drawing in April but I remember this being a very good drawing for me at the time. May - Things start to pick up here quality-wise! This was, once again, an art trade, this time with @1gamer234567. I really like this, I’m quite proud of the little speed lines. June - Scratch made the shading on this very pixeled but I still think it looks good!! This is a fully rendered scene, I would have been insane not to put it as my favorite for the month. July - Artfight month!! I had such a hard time picking a piece, my art really improved during this month. I ended up picking this one because I’m very proud of the shading on it. August - This is a drawing of my oc that I am so obsessed with. I doodle him every waking moment of the day, it is not healthy. September - Art trade with @TK102! I fear I will never achieve this level of crisp lineart again. I think this will always be the best pfp I’ve ever drawn. October - For someone who’s special interest is dogs, I don’t draw the, as often as I should. In fact, I learned how to draw them just so I could draw this. This is a piece of and I’s Halloween ocs <3. November - This is of ’s character Maple! I’m super proud of this :]. December - ANNEX!! He makes another appearance! His reference sheet was the December art for last year (though upon further consideration though I regret that choice). Backgrounds are not my forte so I’m super proud of this piece. I feel like it really captures just how much I’ve improved this year, which makes it a great note to end on!
