Used to have a beautiful face, but now wears a black cloth mask to hide his face. Paper Report from Gecko's news reports ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- When it came to questioning this strange bird he claims that he is the only bird in in the mystic forest that knew his brother was a serial killer. He says on that he attempted to have a modest family of his own when his brother killed his chicks while he was out hunting. Marno's brother had a great reputation, and no one would believe that his brother killed his wife. Filled with vengeance, he stalked his brother and confronted him, and his brother didn't care and even joked about Marno's family's last words. Marno slammed his brother into a tree with anger. A huge fight broke out, and Marno accidentally knocked a lit candle. The candle's flame devoured the brittle wood of the lush forest, causing everything to go up into flames. Marno and his brother continued to fight, and other birds watched as they flew to safety. Marno wanted to ensure that no one would be killed ever again from his horrible brother, so he shot the final blow to his brother's face. His brother was now dead. Suddenly, Marno's face and crest feathers were engulfed in fire, and he rolled desperately onto the ground. In the end, all the birds of the forest seen him as a murderer, accusing him of attempting genocide by burning up the forest and killing his brother. No one would listen to his side of the story. Everyone began to chase him to execute him. He fled miles after miles away to a mountain with a cold forest. He permanently wore a cloth mask to hide his disfigured face from both the fight and burn. He lives alone, and refuses to speak most of the time. We won't include his brother's name and Marno's real name for privacy reasons. Thank you for reading our report.
