I'm so glad to be spending the new year with all of you! I've had, overall, an up-and-down year, but I'd count it as good I think. The earlier months of the year I spent getting closer with my awesome friends, who I love oh-so-much. Spring was so incredibly insane, I discovered that I could eat gluten again without feeling like I'm dying, and believe me, I did. That was crazy, but it also led to me and my super-fun FOOD AVERSIONS!! YUCK!! At the end of the school year, my first non-guy partner and I broke up. We had a good relationship, but I think it just ran it's course. I don't regret anything, and I've moved on, so it's all good. I spent the summer getting way closer with my (now) girlfriend Cooper, though we were just friends back then. We hung out a bunch and it was super fun. I also did some really fun camping and hiking this year, and went to the San Juan Islands for a lil trip, plus some pretty intense hiking on Mount Rainier (My favorite mountain ever, she be home fer an old feller like me). I finally got it through my thick skull that I liked Cooper around the time of the fair and rodeo in my area, and that was an interesting time lol. Tough time in my head with one of my friends (we had no drama, I was just really jealous of her because I thought Cooper liked her better than me (I'm kinda stupid it's okay)) I had. A really. Really. REALLY. Rough September to mid-October, my mom was really really awful towards me and my older brother, and it was kinda scary, but Cooper helped me get through that, and my mom is better now. Halloween was a blast, and November wasn't very note-worthy. Thanksgiving was cool, I ate a LOT of mashed potatoes. December was. Rough. Rough. It was. Rough. Scratch won't let me say why, but let's just say I wasn't... Kind to myself. I bear the marks of that, which are still healing. I had three pretty alarming events, but my resolution is to improve mentally, and to work really hard to get better. I'm alright chat, dw :3 I got a bunch of records and some other cool stuff for christmas, and I celebrated my birthday with all of my closest friends. It was so so awesome. I watched Sonic 1 and Sonic 2, and me and Cooper have plans to finding time to go see Sonic 3 in the theater as a silly date :333 And now I find myself here. New Year's eve. A lot has happened this year, and I can't wait to see what next year has in store for me. I hope it's good :,) I hope everyone had an okay year, and has an even better 2025. Yall are amazing, and I love you guys so much. Scratch is my garage (WEEZER REFERENCE!!) I can be who I am here, and I appreciate it so so much. Shoutout to my bestestestestest friend on here Asher!! It was so rad getting to know you, and I missed you so much while you couldn't get online. I'm so glad you're back!! ILY MAN!! Shoutout to my other bestestestest friend on here NEWT!! You're so cool!! And I'm glad you got disco so we can keep in touch even though you aren't online much here. Shoutout to some other guys! - You're so awesome, and even though we don't talk much, chatting with you is always fun! - We also don't talk that much, but I love seeing how your art has evolved, and you're so much fun to talk to - We talked a bunch for a while, and even though, again, it's been a while, you're still super cool and I LOVE YOUR ART!!! And shoutout to all my other online friends who I know have Scratch but I haven't been decent enough to figure out their accounts lol- Mistii, Leafy, and Karma!! I love you guys, yall are my CREW!! 2024 art recap- 1. Thumbnail- I made this tonight, finished at about 9:30. Tried to draw myself pretty accurately (My hair isn't that big but we'll call it stylization), and I even, for the first time ever, included my little beauty mark on my cheek lol. 2. January- A drawing I made right after Mars' redesign, I was (and still am) super proud of this. Starting the year off strong :) 3. February- I didn't have much art from February, but I did have this little thing. I do still quite like how these look, though I've gotten better at drawing people of color since then aha. Also he is in the midst of a redesign so ja 4. March- Again, not much art, and this was about the best I could find. My silly dude. I do love how this looks still, so :thumbs-up: 5. April- AGAGA SASHA I MISS YOU!! I'm still quite proud of this as well, and I MISS playing as this character :( 6. May- I did not draw much in May, it seems. This was a silly thing I drew of my friends and me, and like only the tall pall guy on the left still looks like that lmao 7. June- KARI! I don't particularly like this one any more, just because I see now all the errors. Where is her brain? It's pretty cute aside from that though. 8. July- Again, not much art from July. So have this that idk if I ever posted back then. Silly little personality swap AU because I felt like it. 9. August- I STILL LOVE THIS ONE!! Prismo and Jake :33 This is my favorite show eva omg omg omg This was a great drawing :) 10. September- I had a hard time finding drawings that weren't super gay lol. I included two in here because the big one is really good and I love it and I'm so proud of it, but the little one I felt should be included because it was kind of the turning point of my art for the year. Still love both of these. 11. October- XANDER MAH BOY! Wearing my silly skirt and shoes for OC-tober lol. I love this, and I love him :3 12. November- AGAGA You all know how I feel about this drawing. I love love looove this one, and it looks amazing. Krissy ily Krissy :3 13. December- And again, a slight stylistic change.
